Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese healing technique that promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and overall balance. Unlike massage, Reiki is a non-invasive, hands-off that works with your body’s natural energy to encourage self-healing and restore harmony to mind, body, and spirit.
During your session, you’ll lie comfortably as I place my hands lightly over specific energy centers. Many clients describe feeling a warmth, tingling, or soothing wave of calm throughout their body. Reiki can help release emotional blockages, ease physical discomfort, and bring a sense of peace and clarity.
Therapeutic Massage is a customized, results-focused treatment designed to relieve pain, release muscle tension, and support overall well-being. Unlike a light, relaxing spa massage, this approach blends techniques like deep tissue, myofascial release, and Neuromuscular Therapy to target areas of discomfort while still promoting relaxation.

Neuromuscular Therapy is a highly specialized form of massage that focuses on identifying and releasing trigger points, muscle imbalances, and chronic pain patterns. Our Back Facial is designed to give one of the most overlooked areas of the body the care it deserves. This treatment deeply cleanses, exfoliates, and nourishes the skin on your back, leaving it refreshed, smooth, and radiant.
Your session begins with a gentle deep cleanse to remove buildup, followed by a thorough exfoliation to slough away dead skin cells. If needed, light extractions are performed to clear congested pores. After then some High Frequency to eliminate any bacteria stuck in the deep pores. Followed by a soothing mask is then applied to balance and hydrate the skin, finishing with a light massage and moisturizer to lock in hydration and leave you feeling relaxed.

I am William Gonzalez a New York native, 12 year Army Veteran that’s passionate about healing others. Everyday people walk around with extreme amounts of stressed built up in their muscles and they consider that the norm. I want to flip that mindset that you can live your everyday life with less chronic pain and stress on your body. My approaches even when it comes to facial is mainly holistic, the body can heal itself, you just need to trust the process. I firmly believe and have experienced the wonders of Neuromuscular Therapy and incorporate it in every service I do. If the whole world all got a massage the ripple effect of love and kindness would be vast, one by one we will collectively brighten up the world.
These services will change your prospective on self help and stress management and will make you understand how important it is to take care of yourself which in turn will allow you to also help others.
